I was talking to my friend Laura the other day; she described me as 'warm but no nonsense'. She's probably right. I'm very straight forward, honest to a fault, supportive, loyal, very organised, independent, I can talk to anyone and I’m good fun at a party.
I think I've just come to the conclusion that the thing I'm really interested in is laughing and a good dose of silliness. Because even though I do like the odd serious discussions about important topics of the day/history/politics/philosophy I don't want to live in a world where they dominate.
You could carry on listing things you want until you turned blue.... "I do like suits but I don't like shorts. I like riding my bike, but not up big hills. I want someone who's got a symmetrical face and deep love of poodles" but really what's the point? When it comes down to it you can meet someone who's totally different from what you think you want and if there's something there you work the rest out as you go.

Ride a horse, tell some jokes, scale a mountain, slide back down it, make some pudding, do some dancing, have a chat, go home.
