"Compassionate and curious "

Calm, caring, love my job. Regular running - still very slim and athletic. What I'm looking for - well I guess someone similar to me, I love animals and I’m very active, what I do for a living has a few perks! Not least hang ups get cleared up quickly and the inevitable life/ work difficulties that come by would get sorted out in record time!! I am somebody who prefers to think and talks on a slightly deeper more intellectual level - though I'm naturally quite chatty generally - tend to ask a lot of questions! My favourite pastime would always involve being outside - any weather - or spending time with my friends on a warm summers evening - outside enjoying a drink together. ..HR

I'm just very open minded, my own personal beliefs fluctuate, however I respect other peoples outlook on life.

Politics:

Again I'm very open minded, however astutely conscious of ideology/ political decisions which could directly harm other people - not much upsets me but this can.

Appearance:

Slim, athletic build due to regular running. Look after my health. Freckles, shoulder length, blond and dark, very curly hair.

Musical Instruments played:

I wish - did piano to grade 4 when I was a kid!

Music Enjoyed:

Listen to Classic FM, love Contemporary Classical, love 90s/ 00s dance music, Favourite artist at the moment is Einaudi (Italian piano composer - particularly track divenire and night), I love the Café Del mar compilations which are chill out dance tracks from the 90's, I love Noel Gallager latest albums, I love some classical writers such as Grieg and Debussy and loads more variety of music.

Sports and exercise:

Cycling, Running, walking and Skiing, Regular running is a very important part of my life. I love skiing and I've been most years (finance dependant). I generally love being outside doing anything active.

Dan Brown, Terry Pratchett, I read a whole range of books, I recently read Viktore Frankl book - Mans Search For Meaning, about his experiences surviving in a 2nd world war concentration camp - amazing book.

Reservoir Dogs, Star Wars, Terminator

Enjoyable evening out:

Restaurant, Pub, cinema, anything except a nightclub!

A Chinese banquet, Handmade Pizza, Lobster Thermidor

Ideal Holiday:

Backpacking in the Himalayas, Skiing in the alps, Whitewater rafting in the Rockies, I LOVE Skiing! But generally any active holiday.

In another life:

I would be happy to be me again but make a few changes 2nd time around!

Personality:

I am compassionate, tend to see the best in people, get along with nearly everybody I meet - particularly children and young people, chatty but find mundane small talk boring after a while.
