"Hello to the unknown! "

As 70 fast approaches, and coming out the other side of some traumatic life events in the recent few years, I'm having what I can only describe as a 'how can I possibly be nearly 70?' mid-life crisis. Who knows what's round the corner? It could be terrifying, but I like to think there's something wonderful waiting there and that maybe there's someone who would like to look around the corner with me. I'm not a great TV watcher, but like a good film. I write (one day I WILL finish my memoir), sing in 2 choirs and to myself while strumming the guitar (I'm a summer rather than a guitarist) and write songs. I'm spiritual but absolutely not religious. The best things in life? Waking to the sound of the sea, sharing a bottle of red, connecting with a kindred spirit. I don't know what I'm looking for, or even if I'm looking for anything, but I'm happy to have some interesting experiences while I find out. ..
