Lemongrass and ginger marinated chicken, Lobster Thermidor, Smoked Salmon, Spaghetti alle Vongole, I try to eat healthy: a lot of fruits and vegetables. More fish than red meat. No butter or sauces but a lot of olive oil. I prefer chicken over eggs.

Ideal Holiday:

Driving across the US, Lying on a beach in the Caribbean, Safari in Africa, I like a mixt where one day I lay on the beach or pool lazily and the next I hike in nature for hours, or spend the days walking in the city or in museums.
